Central Bank was formed in 1947 as the Russiaville State Bank. In 1972, the bank changed from a state bank to a national bank and changed its name to Central National Bank of Howard County. In 1995 the bank changed back to a state bank and took the name Central Bank.
Our bank is the oldest locally owned bank in Howard County and prides itself on quality service with a personal touch. We have two offices to serve your needs. The main office is at 160 West Main Street in Russiaville, while the branch office is at 501 West Lincoln Road in Kokomo. ATM service and 24 hour night depository service is available at both offices. The Kokomo office has a drive-up banking facility for your convenience.
The majority of our directors, officers and employees live in Howard County and are in tune with the needs of Howard County residents.
